Taylor County Sunset (03/27/08)

March 27, 2008 sunset - photographed somewhere in Taylor County, Georgia over Mead Land. The above photograph reminds me, perhaps not completely accurately, of a photo of a sunset over the back pasture in Waverly Hall, Georgia that Walter Mallard took many years ago. The below photo is focused on a long-leaf pine tree, with the sunset behind it. These are some of my newer favorite photographs of mine.

Highway 96 Sunset

A Taylor County sunset over Georgia Highway 96. I really dig this photo! (Although I'm not sure if I like the signs in the center or not!) Note the train heading towards the camera!! Although all you can really see are it's headlights.

These photos are from my first successful sunset shoot out in Marion County, Georgia. Sunsets are one of my favorite things to photograph and these came out remarkably well – they’re my “pride and joy” photographs!
